 Drifting Sand are currently working on their new album, tentatively titled DS3: Revenge Of The Hodad, and some of the new song titles include Beach Tour USA, Every Day Is Summer and Brian Speaks For Dennis. The album will also feature some new surf instrumentals as well as a cover of the Nancy Sinatra/Lee Hazlewood song Sand. Due to a complex recording session and some minor setbacks, there is no official release date so surf back here for further updates. Drifting Sand thank everyone who came out to St James Gate in Belmont, Mega Tanner's Team In Training Benefit at the Hi Dive, Jackson's Birthday party in Oakland, Forbidden Island's 3rd Annual Luau in Alameda, the annual Rock Lobster party, the Holy Trinity Surfband Party and the Summer Surf Party with the Reefriders at the Octopus Lounge for International Surfing Day and the San Mateo County Chapter of the Surfrider Foundation and LIVE 105. Drifting Sand thank everyone who supported the San Mateo County Chapter of the Surfrider Foundation at Oysterfest 2010. Bonus waves to the hospitable and awesome staff at Waterbar and all of our drifting fans for such a fun day in San Francisco!
